The townhomes are coming along well, as seen here in early January.  Also note the new stairwell at the far left.  This is a new conection from the new riverwalk to Walnut Street.  The bridge work, for the Walnut Street span, is slated to start in spring 2005.

Taken on February 19, 2005.  The man-lift was installed at the beginning of the week, and some steel studs are being installed on the lower three floors.

The framing for the next to last set of rowhomes is finished for the first floor.  The units on the Walnut Street end are nearly complete, and will probably be delivered in the middle of March or earlier.
