Churches
Wilmington has many houses of worship.  Most faiths are represented, however, Presbyterian churches are the most numerous.  Unfortunately, even temples succumb to the wrecking ball, and a few have been demolished (including one of the few synagogues), but many are left and in very good condition.
First and Central Presbyterian Church on the corner of 11th and Market Streets.
Methodist church on 9th and West Streets.  Two stone hounds protect the entrance to the Parsonage.
St. Patricks on King Street near 13th Street.  The St. Patrick's Day Parade ends here after its march up King Street from 4th.
