One of my favorite buildings in downtown.  This building, along with the rest of the block, will be redeveloped into the Renaissance Centre office building.  The buildings on the Market Street side of the block will be rehabbed, while the few buildings left on the King Street side will be demolished.  The entire block and 5th Street are fenced off.
